Wigs that require processing typically take 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after the order has been processed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information. The email will be sent to the address used when placing your order.

Pre-orders typically take 21–27 business days unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.
